Custom Character Design
Don't have a character yet? Do you like my style and character ideas? I can work something out for you!You can either:A) Give me full freedom on the design, providing only basic guidelines (Gender, Species, Color Palette, Theme) for me to work around. Essentially a "surprise me" kinda deal!ORB) Give me specific details for every aspect of the character you have in mind. A pinterest moodboard comes in handy in these cases, Milanote in particular is great for making idea collages. You must provide image references for this option, the more the merrier.

⨟GENERAL
✦ I do not work on a first-come first-served basis. Commission inquiries will be selected and approved based on personal interest on the subject/prompt/character(s) and my criteria may (and will) shift over time.✦ You MUST read my Terms of Service before commissioning me. By placing a form you will be automatically agreeing with my ToS whether you have actually read them or not.✦ Turnaround time generally depends on your place in the queue. You'll be notified if there's any IRL situation that may increase the wait time significantly. Turnaround time can typically be up to 2 - 3 months (highly detailed pieces/special types of commissions might take longer, this will be discussed upon contact).If, for any given reason, I deem i'll be unable to complete your commission you will be issued a full refund.
✦ Deadlines must be discussed beforehand. Deadlines of 1 week or less will incur in a rush fee (+50% final price)✦ Commercial use must be discussed beforehand. For more information check the Licenses, Rights & Usage section in my Terms of Service.✦ It's okay to ask for updates every once in a while! However please do not ask for updates on a daily basis or immediately after the sketch is done, since I work on several different things throughout the week.I'll send WIPs myself as soon as I make considerable progress. You can contact me any time if you have any questions or concerns and i'll be happy to answer.✦ I require clear, readable and accurate visual references to work with. I won't accept AI images as references. ✦ Once your commission is approved i'll get back to you through your preferred contact method (specified on the form).✦ SKETCH STAGE : I will send you a few rough sketches/thumbnails of your idea. Once the rough sketch has been approved i'll send you an invoice with the final price.✦You will be added to the queue once full payment has been received, unless agreed on a payment plan beforehand. (I will only make progress on your commission depending on how much of the final price has been covered.)✦ I will then make a clean version of the approved sketch. You may ask for as many changes as you'd like during the sketch stage. Any mayor changes requested during later stages might incur in extra fees.✦ LINEART STAGE : Once the clean sketch has been given the green light I will start working on the Lineart. WIPs will be provided during this stage to make sure i don't miss any details. Only mayor changes (clothes, pose, character, weapons, etc) at this stage will incur in extra fees. Missing details, mistakes or misunderstandings on my part will never incur in extra fees.✦ FLAT COLORS STAGE : Once the Lineart is finished I will start working on the flat colors. WIPs will be provided to make sure colors / markings are accurate. Most extra details and changes that weren't requested previous to this stage will likely incur in extra fees.✦ RENDERING STAGE : Once the Flat Colors are done and everything is looking accurate I will start the rendering process. This is the most time consuming part of the process. You will not receive WIPs at this stage, until the art is done. Most extra details and changes that weren't requested previous to this stage will incur in extra fees.✦ DELIVERY STAGE : Once the artwork is completed you will receive the full res version and I will post a resized, watermarked version on my main social media accounts, this may include being posted early to my Patreon as well.
⨟IMPORTANT
✦ Please, PLEASE ask for however many alts, variations, dialogue, extra characters, etc. you want ON YOUR FORM, BEFORE I START WORKING ON THE COMMISSION. Make it as long as you feel necessary, there's no such thing as too many details for me. Knowing exactly what you want and how many variations you want help me plan ahead and work more efficiently.✦ I can provide WIPs upon request at any point, but please be mindful with the frequency you ask for these.✦ It is your responsibility to let me know if there's any missing details whenever i provide WIPs during early stages. Mayor changes (clothes, pose, background, big props, weapons, etc) requested after sketch/lineart wips have been approved will incur in extra fees.✦ You may post the art to your own socials at any point once you receive the final commission. You can also wait for me to post it if you just want to retweet it instead. In any case, feel free to ask!

⨟GENERAL
✦ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.✦ All my commissions come with a default "Personal use" license. For commercial licenses, please read here.✦ All commissions will be posted on my social media unless discussed otherwise BEFOREHAND. You are allowed to repost any and all work you have commissioned as long as you properly credit me (@ mention and/or link to my profile given and clearly visible signature on the art itself).✦ I reserve the right to decline/cancel any commission at my own discretion.✦ You may NOT feed my art into an AI learning program of any nature, be it commissioned artwork or not.✦ No major changes will be allowed once the sketch has been approved and the lineart work begins. Major changes include but are not limited to: significant pose changes, swapping for a different character, major body part changes (i.e. bat wings to bird wings, etc), major prop changes (i.e. battle axe to katana, etc). If you still want significant/major changes to be made after approving the sketch there will be an additional fee based on the complexity of the request and the current progress stage of the artwork.
✦ Accurate, clear visual reference material is required. I will reject your commission if you are unable to provide proper character/idea/scenario references or descriptions. I do not accept AI images as references.✦ Forms missing key information will be rejected automatically.✦ Please review your commission upon completion, I will fix any mistakes I might have made on my end and/or add any details I might have forgotten about without any extra fee. However if you've failed to mention a detail you'd like me to include there will be an extra fee depending on the complexity of the requested changes.✦ I will not compensate nor be obligated to make any further changes days/weeks/months after the final commission has been received and approved.✦ Discarded/rejected poses and sketches are still in my ownership, and therefore I am allowed to rework, resell and repurpose said sketches for other pieces. These however, will not retain any recognizable trait of your character(s).

⨟PAYMENTS
✦ All payments are made through Paypal invoices. Please refrain from sending the payment until you receive the invoice.✦ All prices listed are in USD.✦ Full payment is required upfront. You will be sent an invoice as soon as the sketch has been approved.✦ Payment plans can be made for pieces over $400+, however, you won’t receive the full res version of the file until the commission is paid in full.✦ Alts will be an extra charge of 20% of the final price of the commission each.✦ Mob/anon/faceless characters will be an extra charge of 25% of the final price of the commission each.
⨟REFUNDS
The following are my refund rates according to your commission status by the time you ask for the refund. These are applicable to every and any commission with no exceptions:STATUS REFUNDSketch Completed - Full refund
Lineart Completed - 40% refunded
Flat Colors Completed - 20% refunded
Shading/Rendering Completed - Non refundableYou will receive the HQ artwork in whichever stage it was at the time the refund was requested.

⨟LICENSES
✦ I work with 3 different licenses: Personal, Digital Commercial and Physical Commercial.✦ Personal use license is the default for any and all commissions, you don't need to ask for this one.✦ Digital/Physical Commercial use shall be discussed BEFOREHAND and it will incur in an additional fee on top of the set price.✦ You can see examples of each license usage below:
✦ Digital commercial use includes but is not limited to: Video thumbnail, stream/video assets, reactive discord/png for voice chat usage on stream/video, posting on socials to boost an specific event, etc.✦ Physical goods commercial use includes but is not limited to: Prints, keychains, landyards, postcards, pins, acrylic standee, stickers, badges, tote bags, hoodies, shirts, phone cases to be sold as merch at a convention, event, online website or any other type of shop or business.
The following DO NOT qualify as commercial use:Digital: Profile pictures and social media banner, reposting without boosting specific content, adding the artwork to an "art carrousel" or slideshow within your stream, sharing to anyone over discord, messenger, etc.Physical: Printing out the commissioned artwork on any sort of stationary, clothes, accessories or prints for your own personal and individual usage without the intention to make profit off of it.If you are unsure if your commission qualifies as commercial use feel free to contact me!
⨟RIGHTS & USAGE
Artist Rights✦ As the artist I retain full rights to the artwork, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as examples for future sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.✦ I am allowed to post both work in progress shots and finished artworks on all my social media unless previously discussed otherwise. This includes posting some artwork to Patreon for paid early access to high-res and/or WIP versions of it.Commissioner Rights✦ The commissioner retains full rights to the character(s) and it’s design(s). The commissioner can transfer the piece(s) at their will, however, the commissioner can’t sell the piece by itself, either in digital or physical format, nor can they charge more for it than what they originally paid for (i.e. when selling a character and bundling up all their artwork for said character)✦ Only the ORIGINAL commissioner may edit and use the artwork (crop, paste, personal prints, usage such as icons, banners, signatures, wallpapers, pins, badges, etc) as long as it is for non-profitable purposes.✦ Artwork must be properly credited and/or linked back to my socials whenever its posted by the commissioner.✦ The commissioner has NO right to use my artwork for any NFTs, blockchain and cryptocurrency related business nor AI training, AI adjustments or AI related tools at all.
